Discovery & Site Visit

We start with an initial home renovation consultation in the Capital Region to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. During the site visit, we conduct a detailed property assessment to evaluate the remodeling potential and gather everything needed for a custom renovation estimate.

Proposal & Concept Development

You’ll receive a high-level proposal outlining the scope, estimated costs, and a preliminary timeline. From there, we move into conceptual design, helping you visualize your space and identify what’s realistic and worth the investment.

Option 1:
Design-Build Service

Our design-build services offer complete renovation project management, coordinating every trade and professional from start to finish. In short, we handle all the moving parts so you don’t have to.

That includes coordinating with and managing:

- General contractors
- Subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, etc.)
- Architect & structural engineers
- Interior finish teams (painters, flooring installers, tile setters etc.)
- Junk removal services & cleaning services
- Interior staging services (if property is being sold)

You’ll get one point of contact (us) and regular updates—so the only thing you need to focus on is making confident decisions. We handle the day-to-day logistics, keep the timeline on track, and ensure every detail meets our shared standard of excellence.

Option B:
Design-Only Service

If you already have a contractor or want to manage the build yourself, we’ll deliver a custom design package with conceptual plans, layout ideas, material suggestions, and vendor recommendations you can take to your own team.

Note: This standalone package includes a higher flat-rate fee to reflect the full value of our expertise and deliverables.

Execution & Oversight (if applicable)

If you’re working with us in a full-service capacity, we’ll coordinate the team—architects, contractors, tradespeople, inspectors—so you don’t have to. You’ll get regular updates and clear communication at every milestone.

Project Close-Out

From final walkthroughs to finishing touches, we make sure everything is completed to standard. Once your space is finished, we’ll capture photos of the transformation—both for your records and for a little well-deserved celebration.
